James oversees creative direction and world-building mechanics. With over a decade of design experience, he guides apprentices through level design, storyline layout, and core game loops. His work focuses on establishing the emotional resonance and atmosphere of our game worlds.
Curtis is the technical engine of the studio. Specializing in code structure, modular physics, and system architectures, he teaches apprentices production-level C# scripting and engine workflow tools. He ensures that our code bases are robust, maintainable, and optimized.
Jim manages the apprenticeship program and reentry initiatives. With a background in social operations and community development, he coordinates outreach, curriculum structure, and local business partnerships, ensuring our apprentices have supportive systems in place.
